Policies You Should Know:

  • The booking program REQUIRES A CREDIT CARD to complete your scheduling process. If this is the first appointment you’re booking on the system, your appointment won’t be logged until you’ve put in this information. Once input, however, you’ll never need to do it again – the system safely stores that information for future bookings.
  • Credit Cards ARE NOT CHARGED until after your appointment. Don’t worry, if you’d prefer to pay by cash, cheque or pre-payment, we can look after that during your visit.
  • No-shows and appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice may be subject to cancellation fees. Appointment reminders will be sent upon request.
  • The appointment schedule you’re seeing is somewhat flexible. If you need an appointment outside of the times available… just ask… we’ll do our best to find something that works.
